Woodlands Commercial Bank is an Industrial Bank chartered in the State of Utah. The Bank was organized in 2004 and opened for business in August 2005.
The Bank is regulated by the Department of Financial Institutions of the State of Utah and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
The Bank’s assets are primarily commercial and industrial loans to highly rated corporations. The Bank also has commercial real estate loans and warehouse lines of credit. The Bank does not have concentrations in any industry or location. Deposits placed with the Bank are used to fund the lending activities of Woodlands Commercial Bank.
